Scheduling Conflicts
It's officially winter break now! The vacation from school relieves a big portion of our stress and leaves less room for scheduling conflicts. However, it has still proven to be pretty difficult to find a time when everyone is free. Blake and I both have a job that we work regularly. Mine usually consists of long shifts Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, while Blake works mostly on the weekends. In addition to that, Hillery, Chloe, and I also babysit fairly often. Babysitting occurring most often on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Hillery and Chloe also have sports that they practice during the week, Hillery's being with a team. Furthermore, transportation is also sometimes an issue as Blake and I don't always have a car available for us to drive. So, because of all this, it is hard to find blocks of time to film that are long enough to be efficient, but not so long that they run into anyones additional obligations. By now we have established that we probably need at least an hour and a half in order to get something done. We will usually decide on a day and time in the group chat and as the day approaches, we make sure that we will still all be available. Every once in a while someone will have to cancel last minute, but everyone has been super understanding regardless of the situation. The group as a whole could definitely be described as cooperative and flexible. We still have a decent amount left to film, so we are already texting and talking about the next time we can meet up. Right now we are throwing around work schedules and commitments we have made just to keep everyone informed. At the moment we are planning on Tuesday, December 29 as our next filming day. It also helps that Chloe can film part of what we need done on her own since her dad is the one acting it out. I know no matter what happens we'll figure out a way to get it all done. I'll let you know what happens!
